Project Summary : Led by the Izmir Commodity Exchange and with İTTM as one of the project partners, the project is funded under the EU Single Market Program (formerly COSME) within the framework of the EU Grant Call for Partnerships for Sustainable Food Clusters (European AgriFood Sustainability Cluster Partnerships).

Activities to be Carried Out Within the Scope of the Project:

• Development of a sustainability assessment methodology for the olive sector
• Identification of previously implemented best practices
• Establishment of a collaboration network among agri-food technology centers
• Field visits to be carried out in Türkiye, Italy, and Spain
• Comprehensive support activities (training on awareness-raising for SME employees, resource efficiency, waste management, clean production approaches, and process management)
• One-to-one support activities (mentorship provided by Green Transition Experts)
